CYCLING TECHNIQUE SESSION:
1 hour one-on-one cycling session on your bike using the Wahoo KICKR trainer designed to identify your current cycling fitness and skill level. You will learn and practice the basics of cycling starting with proper cadence, gear shifting, hill climbing and body positioning.
CYCLING WORKOUT SESSION:
1 hour one-on-one cycling session on your bike using the Wahoo KICKR trainer designed to improve your existing cycling fitness and racing ability. The specific focus of these sessions will be decided upon by Coach Sherry depending on individual needs. Some examples include hill sessions, interval training, muscular endurance training and speed work. Form and efficiency are assessed throughout the workout.
RUN COACHING SESSION:
1 hour one-on-one running session including drills, form assessment, skill work, and a time trial to determine training paces.
CoachSBR hourly rate for personal coaching is $60. Discounts available for multiple sessions or with Team Elite membership. To discuss further, contact Sherry.
