One-On-One Coaching Sessions
Cycling Technique
2 hour one-on-one cycling session designed to identify your current cycling fitness and skill level. You will learn and practice the basics of cycling starting with proper cadence, gear shifting, hill climbing and descending, cornering, and basic bike safety.
Specific Cycling Session
1 hour one-on-one cycling session designed to improve your existing cycling fitness and racing ability. These sessions will be decided upon together with your coach with specific focus. Some examples include hill sessions, interval training, muscular endurance training, pace-line practice, and pacing.
Group Training Sessions
2 hour group ride designed for your individual group. For beginners this may include basic cycling skills starting with gear shifting, braking, cornering, hill climbing, changing a flat. For experienced riders the session may include hill sessions, pace-line practice, pacing, tempo riding, determining proper gearing, interval or time trial sessions.
